Here is the kind of story that you don’t normally see in the Washington Post, reporting from the “respectable” Northern Virginia suburb of Sterling, where soccer Moms don’t go wild, and Dads are usually stuck in traffic, going to and from work, unless, of course, they stop for a massage.

“Crime Scene”

'Bawdy' Sterling massage parlor raided

Nine people were arrested after Loudoun authorities raided a Sterling massage parlor where authorities allege some workers didn't have the proper permits -- and some massages went too far, authorities said Thursday.

Loudoun Sheriff's spokesman Kraig Troxell said complaints by residents prompted investigators to check out the Green Therapy Massage Parlor on Whitfield Place in Sterling. A raid on the business came Tuesday after a six-month investigation.

The owner, Mi J. Kwon, 41, of Potomac Falls, was charged with maintaining a bawdy place and allowing massages to be given without a valid permit, sheriff's officials said.

One woman, an employee, was charged with a county ordinance that bans massage therapists from fondling clients.

Two other employees were charged with performing massages without a valid permit.

And five men were charged with frequenting a bawdy place, authorities said.

You can't clap with one hand. (What does that mean?)
