BBC may invite BNP on to Question Time
The BBC have said they may invite Nick Griffin, the leader of the Btitish National Party (BNP) political party in the UK on to it's flagship politics show, Question Time.
The BNP are a far-right political party who, according to its constitution, Under its current policy, the party backs an immediate halt to "all further non-white immigration" and the "voluntary resettlement" of non-whites to "their lands of ethnic origin".
The BBC has said it has reviewed the ban of who should apear on Question Time now the BNP have two members with the European Parilment and that no other parties should dictate who should not be included on the show.
The BBC's chief political adviser, Ric Bailey, said the BNP had now "demonstrated evidence of electoral support at a national level."
He said this would be "reflected" in the amount of coverage the party received on BBC programmes such as Question Time.Mr Bailey added: "The BBC is obliged to treat all political parties registered with the Electoral Commission and operating within the law with due impartiality."

Wow, kind of a big move for the BBC, I think it will be an interesting show to say the least if it happens!

Yes Amy, I would tune into that one.
Though I do not agree with the party's views at all it's clear a lot more people here in the UK seem to do and also now hey have active members in a the EU parliament and making waves locally it would be hard to ignore them as we have a general election coming up in 2010.

Israeli Agent has an excellent story, which may explain the rise of the BNP!

No wonder. What the Birmingham attackers did was something any marketing guy will never do - They brought their rivals to the limelight.
It is like not commenting any story if you don't like it.
Have anyone ever heard about "English Defence League" before?

Yes, I have heard about them but only this morning when I was reading things about the BNP.

Ironically the BNP started to gain a little more support (and it is only a little more support) when immigration from Europe, particularly Poland, began to increase. Most people in Poland are white ! Economic hard times fuel these kind of parties. The BNP have won council seats in the recent past, on the isle of dogs in London, during a by-election. The locals soon regretted it ( it turned out to be a protest vote) and come the election proper the BNP lost, as they usually do. Should they be on question time ? The BNP argument does not stand up to scrutiny, let us scrutinise !

Excellent. This will hopefully be one of the best Question Times, hopefully beating the one that was shown after the expenses issue. I hope he gets a chance to show there is more to the BNP policies than 'race'. Expect disruptive antics by the UAF fascists who won't want him on at any cost.
