A Career Criminal with 50 criminal convictions since 1977 whose Motive Operandi in preying on the elderly was arrested this week, on suspicion of stealing the rings off an 91 year old woman amputee, as she lay in critical condition in her hospital bed after her amputations. Solicitor General John Les has a solution for the Multi, Multi convicted Super Duper Career criminal Tracy Caza to curtail his warpoling ways and it is not Jail, instead of incarceration for life, most likely will see Super Duper Convicted Criminal Caza enjoy benefits many homeless and/or Low Income with families who are law abiding citizens in the lower mainland of British Columbia only can dream about, but are never offered or refused help.
Mr. Caza will be the proud receipient of a brand spanking new housing, most likely in your neighbourhood or seniors community, with generous Health and Mental Benefits, Counselling to mend his ways , and a generous Welfare cheque to supplement his other source of income mainly your Televisions, jewelry, cars, or what ever you have in your home.
Of course Now Public should know Mr. Caza has to promise never, ever steal again, or its back on the street for him. Now Public readers should also know Mr. Caza in all his 50 criminal theft and assault convictions, Mr. Caza has only spent a scant few months in jail in total for all his transgressions.
So lets all give a warm round of applause as our decades old Lefty Government and Justice policies which have always historically allowed Criminals free reign in this province to do whatever the hell they want will now be rewarded with more of our tax dollars to be given to Criminals to walk our streets to rape, pillage and kill and we all know as "Jesus on Ice Skates", a criminal whose 30 year career with 50 serious criminal convictions and a slap on the wrist, with nary a serious jail term served will never mend his ways ever, unless Mr. Caza happens to Break into my House, whereby my long term cantankerous resident Mr. Smith & Wesson will certainly show Mr. Caza the light permanently. That Mr. Caza is a Promise !

A 47-year-old Vancouver man with more than 50 convictions in three decades has been charged in connection with the theft of three rings off the hands of an elderly patient in Vancouver General Hospital.
The rings have not been recovered and police appealed Friday for public help in finding them.
Tracy Lloyd Caza -- who police say has a history of targeting the elderly -- appeared in Provincial Court in Vancouver late Friday.

Barry Artiste, what does this say to those who work hard to avoid getting a government handout? Please promise not to steal again, yeah Right! It's like asking a slug not to leave a slime trail. Good story.

Thanks for the comments Politisite, handouts meant for people who truly need it are usually refused by the government. This is pretty much telling criminals that criminal acts are richly rewarded by a government elected by us not the criminals to safeguard the public. We would not need as many Police if spineless judges implemented a no tolerance policy on crime with 5 year mandatory sentences in the arctic to boot. Detractors say, all criminals need is understanding and rehabilitation, Hugs Not Drugs, well since this ludicrious concept was introduced in the late 70 and early 80s, it is an utter failure and crime has worsened ever since.
