Interested buyers will be vetted to determine whether they're financially capable of spending at least $1.5 million on a home and why they want to live there. The names of people who pass the initial screening then will be given to the Secret Service before a showing is arranged.
I think I would pass on this.
It would be a safe place to
live with the possibility of
occasionally seeing the
president but the hassle of
getting in and out of the home
would be a little too much.

It belongs to Bill Grimshaw, a political science professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology, in Chicago.
I don't know if he is democrat or republican

The Secret Service wants to vet possible Obama neighbor? Are you kidding me? But it's OK to not have Senate oversight on 33 Czar.... Now tell me Obama is not an elitist?

It seems there is a double standard.
Still the president must be protected.
