Being free, noted bizman Probosutedjo leaves prison after dawn prayers

Probosutedjo was fetched by his six children after he made a stopover at an assimilation house located behind the Sukamiskin penitentiary.

"Pak (Mr) Probo left the house on Wednesday morning at about 5 am after dawn (Subuh) prayers," said Emil, Probosutedjo`s private staff member.

Emil said Probosutejo left for Jakarta without his belongings except the attires he was wearing. "His belongings will be given to employees at the penitentiary and his private staff members," Emil said.

Probosutejdo who was sentenced to four years in prison have served two-thirds of the jail term and then underwent a three-month assimilation phase before the Law and Human Rights Ministry conditionally released him on Wednesday March 12, 2008.

Head of the Security and Correctional Division of West Java`s Law and Human Rights Office, Sukotjo BcIP, earlier said Probosutedjo deserved conditional release as he had served two-thirds of his jail term and met administrative and substantive principles.
