Silvio Berlusconi Giudici eversivi, vogliono ribaltare il voto

Silvio Berlusconi has successfully blocked publication of some party photos of him last New Years, that reportedly show him in a scandalous situation with a teenage girl.

The photos were taken by a photojournalist, of the 72-year-old Prime Minister and the 18-year-old Nomei Letizia, but it was ruled that the photos were taken without his permission and violated his right to privacy.

Hundreds of photos were taken by Antonello Zappadu with a powerful lens outside the Berlusconi villa on Sardinia, but a prosecutor in Rome granted an injunction and ordered them to be seized. Apparently dozens of young women were at this party, which cost thousands of euros to throw.

The Prime Minister also attended Noemi Letizi'a 18th birthday party in Naples last month, where he gave her an expensive necklace for a present. He merely says he has known the family for years.

His wife Veronica Lario demanded a divorce because of his womanizing, accusing him of "frequenting minors" and saying he was "not well."

Berlusconi on Thursday denied any improper relationship and said he would resign if caught lying about it.

European elections are coming up in early June however, and this latest scandal could hurt Berlusconi with his conservative Roman Catholic supporters. He has however, promised to clear his name with a formal address to Parliament, but it is not known when.
