US Vice President-elect Joe Biden is one of the most well-informed American politicians. He is likely to take a strong stand on Pakistan's infamous spy service Inter Services Intelligence, a video available on YouTube shows.

In the video Biden admits the then chief of the ISI, General Mehmud Ahmed, could not be arrested solely because of diplomatic reasons. he also admitted the role of ISI involvement in the 911 attacks was classified information.

Ahmed was on US soil when the 911 attacks took place. He was also one of the main architects of the coup that brought General Pervez Musharraf into power in October 1999. Less than a month after the 911 attacks, under U.S. pressure, he lost his job for continuing to support the Al Qaeda and Taliban in Afghanistan.
