Big attack to the child pornography in Internet

The Spanish National Police have arrested 121 people in the biggest operation against child pornography in Internet.

According to the Police two of the arrested people were producing their own material, investigations have confirm the victims were from their own group of family.

More than 800 agents have participate in this operation, where 210 houses have been register in 21 different provinces.

The investigations for operation "Carrusel" were started last year with the collaboration of the Federal Police from Brazil, finding a net of sharing files (P2P) with more than 18.000 connection from 75 different countries.

Thanks to all this work the "Brigada de Investigación Tecnológica" (brigade of technological investigation) has received in 2008 the international award "Los niños primero" (kids first) from UNICEF España.
