Bill Gates says Sri Lanka poised for greater growth
Sri Lanka is poised for greater economic growth and development, said world’s richest entrepreneurs, Bill Gates to President Mahinda Rajapakse via a special audio visual message at a ceremony to handover a plaque incorporating the first copy of the Sinhala Language Interface Pack (LIP), from Microsoft and ICTA.
President commends ICTA, Microsoft for removing
language barriers in computer applications with the launch
of Sinhala interface pack
Microsoft founder Bill Gates on Monday expressed his optimism that Sri Lanka “is poised for greater economic growth and development” and expressed the global giant’s support since much of future prosperity would be fueled by the use of software and the power of IT.
Positive sentiments by Gates, one of the world’s richest entrepreneurs, were conveyed to none other than President Mahinda Rajapakse via a special audio visual message at a ceremony to handover a plaque incorporating the first copy of the Sinhala Language Interface Pack (LIP), from Microsoft and ICTA, paving the way towards making significant progress in Rural ICT adoption in Sri Lanka.
The presentation was part of Microsoft and ICTA efforts to mark the “Year of English and IT Services” this year.
Gates said he was “very excited to learn about plans for the year which have a clear focus on IT, because this initiative demonstrates” that President Rajapaksa, and his government recognize the extraordinary potential that information technology has to dramatically improve people’s lives in the country.
“Sri Lanka has an advantage though, with a government that’s committed to investing further in IT, as outlined in President Rajapaksa’s vision statement. Like President Rajapaksa, I am optimistic that the country is poised for greater economic growth and development and much of that will be fueled by the use of software and the power of IT. Sri Lanka’s high literacy rate, at over 90%, and its high standards of education and healthcare give it a strong economic foundation. The country’s IT literacy rate is nearing 20%, which represents a significant jump from 8% only a few years ago. English language speaking skills are also a crucial part of the foundation for future growth. I am pleased to see that the government has identified the importance of English language skills by declaring 2009 the Year of English and IT Services,” Gates said in his message.
He also emphasised that on its part, Microsoft stands ready to fully support the initiative and Sri Lanka’s broader IT-objectives over the long term. The theme of the work we do in Sri Lanka is “Creating Employability.” Through our Partners in Learning and Community Technology Skills Programs and our other initiatives, Microsoft has partnered with educational and non-governmental organisations in Sri Lanka to bring IT skills and training to over a million people across the country. These efforts have reached students, teachers, academia, rural communities, IT professionals, and migrant workers. To date, Microsoft has invested over 450 million rupees in Sri Lanka towards these programs and plans similar investments over the coming years. We have already made Windows Vista Sinhala enabled, and we are currently localizing our Office Suite for Sri Lanka,” he said.
“Microsoft’s presence in Sri Lanka continues to grow in many ways, and we are committed to deepening existing partnerships and building new ones. Working together, there is a lot we have already achieved, and much more that we’ll accomplish in the future,” the Microsoft Chairman said.
At the same ceremony, President commended the ICTA for removing the language barriers in computer applications.
Being impressed with the first copy of the new local language interface software to him the President said that it was the intention of the Government to further enable the rural people to use the computer particularly in local languages.
The President also emphasised the importance of increasing indigenous contents available through the computer.
Through the e-Sri Lanka programme the Government intends to ensure that the benefits of ICT accrue to every citizen of this country. The President pointed out the importance of enabling every citizen to have access to the benefits of ICT without language being a hindrance.
The President also commended Microsoft for the steps taken by it for making the local language software freely available to all Sri Lankans.

Maybe LTTE can approach Mr. Linus Torvalds for some encouraging words like "How the eelam nation was doomed from the beginning".
We are all sure he will be most obliging.

Mr. Gates:
It is a damn shame that you you have stooped so low to do business with a Government that is hell bent on wiping out the Tamils in that country. Is there no better place for you to do business other than the hell hole you have chosen to amass more wealth to what you already have? It is time you took some time off to study what has been happening in Sri Lanka since the tyrant Mahinda took office. Have you ever attempted to read the news that is on the web about the carnage that has been taking place in Sri Lanka on the Tamils, and since the defeat of the LTTE of the fate of 300,000 Tamils held in Nazi style concentration camps in the name what Mahinda has given the world as welfare centers? Mahinda hoodwinked the Western Society that he is fighting Terrorism, when in fact he was the terror behind the annihilation of the Tamils. You have earned a name that you a Philanthropist and if you meddle in the way you are poised over Sri Lanka you will be only aiding and abetting the holocaust that is going on in Sri Lanka. Aren't you ashamed of praising this devil and endorsing the genocide that is taking place against the Tamils? I will strongly recommend you to read the following to understand the ploy Mahinda is playing to hoodwink people like you.

By Satheesan Kumaaran In the aftermath of the LTTE’s military defeat, some of the Tamil-speaking people in the northern parts of Sri Lanka rush to the polls to elect representatives to their local councils. This election is a ruse, Sri Lanka’s false face of democracy to the world. Even if we were to concede that government elections are an aspect of democracy, it is a tiny part devoid of free media and freedom of speech, with the ratio of one military officer for every ten Tamil persons. Colombo wants to show the world that political stability and democracy have been restored so that they will prove both that the ethnic strife has dissipated and to cover up the genocide accusations. They want to show the world that all people of the island are Sri Lankans and they all embrace Sri Lankan democracy. However, Colombo uses the Tamils as scapegoats and is taking them for a ride. The Local Councils will look after the removal of rubbish bins, destroy stray dogs, and try keeping the toilets clean. If the huge rubbish mounds in Colombo are anything to go by, then we can imagine what kind of work these local councils would be engaged in. The tragedy is that Colombo rejects the fundamental rights of Tamils and has treated the entire Tamil community as terrorists even in the aftermath of the LTTE – GoSL war in Vanni, where nearly 300,000 Tamils have been incarcerated in the Nazi-style camps in Vavuniya. Despite confining the Tamils in the razor-wired camps, Colombo claims that it is seriously concerned about the plights of Tamils and they want to educate the Tamils in democracy. Elections a waste in the Northeast It is pathetic that the government does not allow free movement of media access, even to the NGOs and INGOs, for the fear that these organizations will bring out the miseries of the people living in the military controlled areas. Instead, Sri Lanka claims that they are educating the Tamils in democracy. Tamils are again taken for a ride as they were in the past on several occasions. In the past when the Indian Armed Forces infiltrated the Tamil homeland, they too conducted such elections and they put forwarded their loyal militant-turned-political parties and even ten year old Tamil children were taken forcefully, had their heads shaved, and put in the camps of the militant organizations such as EPRLF, ENDLF and EPDP so that in case if they happened to join the LTTE, they could be identified and killed. However, the Tamils rejected all these militant groups as well as the Indian Armed Forces except the LTTE because the other organizations acted against the interest of the Tamils, while the LTTE was receiving a red-carpet welcome from the Tamils. Varatharajah Perumal of EPRLF became the first Chief Minister with the introduction of 13th amendment of Sri Lanka’s Constitution as per the Indo-Lanka accord, which legalized the joining of the North and East of Sri Lanka as a single entity known as the “Northeast”. However, Varatharajah Perumal and his associates fled the country to India for safety because Tamils rejected them. Perumal and associates are still in the protection of Indian taxpayers and their whereabouts are still kept confidential for fear that they will be killed by the LTTE. As it is the history of Eelam struggle, Sri Lanka’s president, too, makes such a move to hold elections after claiming that they have defeated the LTTE militarily in May 2009. Colombo announced that they defeated the LTTE and the time is ripe for Tamils to hold the elections as it would help bring democracy to the Tamils in the North who experienced terrorism in the past three decades. The irony is, Colombo failed to acknowledge that it was Colombo that terrorized the Tamils who are now defenceless and who will have no choice but to live within the military culture introduced by the Sri Lankan Armed Forces. After the war was over, Colombo announced that 174 candidates from six political parties and two independent groups are vying for 29 seats in the Jaffna Municipal Council while there are 15 seats in the Vavuniya Urban Council for the 135 candidates from six political parties and three independent groups. The Elections Department will set up 85 polling stations in Jaffna and Vavuniya on August 8. The question is who and what the election staff would be. The record of the government has been involved in the rigging of elections since the Development Council elections in 1981 in Jaffna where the election staff was appointed from among carpenters, tailors, labourers, and criminal elements taken to Jaffna from the south coinciding with the burning of the Jaffna Public Library. The Tamil National Alliance (TNA) credible to the Tamils submitted its list of 29 candidates contesting the Jaffna election. The TNA announced that S.N.G Nathan would be its “principal candidate” for the list for Vavuniya. In Jaffna, the three-party coalition consisting of EPRLF Varathar front, PLOTE, and Tamil United Liberation Front (TULF) tendered its nomination list with Veerasingham Anandasangaree as its principal candidate. The ruling United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA), United National Party (UNP), Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC), and two independent groups, one headed by Abimanasingham Manickasothy and the other formed by displaced Muslims of Jaffna, filed nominations. No free and fair elections TNA Jaffna district MP Mavai Senathirajah has said: “We do not believe that the elections are going to be free and fair. The burning of newspapers on the eve of nominations raises a big question.” He said his party’s priority would be to resettle the displaced Jaffna civilians once it is elected to the Jaffna Municipal Council. He further said: “Our intention is to rebuild Jaffna to its pristine glory with the resettlement of displaced civilians from Jaffna. The Jaffna Municipal Council areas are the worst hit in the Jaffna district. Thousands of people have been displaced from Jaffna Municipal Council limits with their houses and business establishments coming under severe attacks. Therefore, the TNA’s priority would be in re-building the Jaffna Municipal Council to its old glory with all modern facilities.” In the meantime, Deputy Inspector General of Police Gamini Navaratne, who is in charge of elections, said in response to the growing violence and intimidations that there is no group that exists in the region to cause such problems. However, residents and media outlets say they face severe threats and violence taking place daily, even in broad daylight, but the culprits manage to escape without apprehension by the Sri Lankan security. The ruling party, UPFA General Secretary and Education Minister Susil Premajayantha, said that people who accept UPFA policies can join the UPFA. Everybody should at this critical point unite to propel the country to achieve the development targets set under the Mahinda Chintanaya. Referring to the Jaffna and Vavuniya local government poll’s nomination lists which included EROS, TELO, and EPDP, representatives of the UPFA Secretary said that President Mahinda Rajapaksa had also stressed recently that all citizens should work for the country’s sinking narrow differences. The UPFA election campaign in Jaffna is managed by Social Services and Social Welfare Minister Douglas Devananda, while Resettlement and Relief Services Minister Rishard Badiudeen and Vavuniya District Parliamentarian Sumathipala will lead the campaign in the Vavuniya district. Tamil United Liberation Front (TULF) leader V. Anandasangaree will contest the Mayoralty of the Jaffna Municipal Council. Anandasangaree said that the TULF was contesting the election with the objective of bringing about a change in the Jaffna political landscape. It is well known that the EPDP of Douglas Devananda conducted elections in the mid-1990s and killed many opponents, intimidated voters, and was vehemently condemned by opponents because they rigged the elections and won majority of seats. The EPDP is a rejected party by the Tamils. In the recent past elections, the TNA, the proxy party of the LTTE, won the majority vote. The EPDP is collaborating with UPFA and that would be an asset for the UPFA to sweep the seats and thereby impose detrimental actions against the Tamils. As these elections are being hurriedly done, unknown armed men believed to be the paramilitaries sponsored by the Sri Lankan army threaten the locals and even the local newspapers are receiving death threats, assisted by parties loyal to the government such as the EPDP. Despite promises given by Colombo, Tamil dailies are severely threatened to support the UPFA. A group calling itself the Tamil Front Protecting the Country earlier said in a note sent to newspaper dealers that reporters and other staff, including the security guard, must quit the dailies. The note further said: “Uthayan has been a propaganda organ for terror activities. Since you have ignored our previous warnings, we are forced not to allow newspapers that mislead the people. Those who ignore this will be subjected to the death penalty.” The Sri Lankan armed forces are escorting the vehicles of the UPFA and its allies and they are pasting posters with the photos of Mahinda Rajapaksa and Douglas Devananda. But, the pro-government militants and the armed forces bring down the posters of opponents even in broad daylight. Also, the armed forces as well as paramilitaries are threatening the volunteers who put up the posters of TNA and others with death. Sri Lanka is a country where at least 14 journalists and staff at news outlets have been killed by suspected government paramilitaries since the beginning of 2006. Others have been detained, tortured, or have disappeared, and 20 more have fled the country because of death threats. The farcical elections made out to be vital to democracy are in serious turmoil because the freedom of expression has been suppressed by the state and the people have no say publically for fear they will be persecuted by the state armed forces. This is the reality on the ground for the Tamils on the island. The elections to be held on August 8 in Vavuniya and Jaffna are nothing but a means to hoodwink the global community and thereby weaken the political demands of the Tamils, and further to receive aid from foreign donors in the guise that they are making every effort to restoring democracy to the region the LTTE had terrorised. Also, the government will use its electoral victory in the local government elections in the Tamil dominated North as the mandate for the Mahinda Chinthanaya, and that would easily allow the government to deny the political demands of Tamils for which the LTTE was fighting for more than three decades militarily. However, it is unlikely that the global community would recognize Colombo’s sinister plans though they will soon realize the real face of the Sri Lankan government. Rajapaksa and his brothers who run the state would never grant autonomy for the Tamils, even a federalism that exists in India, because Sinhala extremists would not allow it to happen, and the Tamils who have silenced their guns will have no choice but to rise again with the global support. Dear Mr Gates,
I have always been an admirer of your work as a social entrepreneur but you changed my openion by the statement
“is poised for greater economic growth and development” sure at what social cost?!!! 300,000 Tamils of Sri Lanka is behind barbed wire "guilty until proven innocence" these are the very same people Mr Rajapakse gloated as "rescued from the clutches of the LTTE" the freedom fighting defense for Tamils. Now they are being traumatized again in the clutches of the Govt forces. Human Rights watch reported of disappearences, abuse with in the camp, outside the detention camp, all over for Sri Lanka for Tamils and even among the friends of Tamils in the country.
Your statement is so powerful yet a no brainer that negates all what you stand for as a Social Entrepreneur. Your openions could go a long way to democracy and peace in Sri Lanka if you have added a few words condemning Sri Lanka's oppressive regime that is holding hands with Iran, China & Russia and now topping as the most brutal human rights violator challenging the USA & EU.
Please revisit your statement and add important constructive criticism to make a positive difference in the name of humanity instead of endorsing Sri Lanka.

Bill Gates always helps people and organizations with good intention. In the case of his latest comment on Sri Lankan economic growth, we also wish the same but at the same time persecution of minority Tamils must stop and justice must be done to the victims of the latest war waged on innocent civilians under the guise of war on terror. All war crimes and human rights violations committed by both parties to the conflict must be probed by international body or ICC to do justice to the victims.

Removing language barriers is a good thing and creating a Sinhala LIP is very much appreciated I believe by all including Tamils. Tamils are not against Sinhalese. However, Tamils are disgusted of the fact that Mr Gates made statements without even touching on the 300,000 Tamils in the concentration camps and the 55,000 Tamil people perished in the first 5 months of the fight against LTTE. Tamils are discusted of the fact that Mr Gates has given the first copy to Mr Rajapackse who is responsible for the 55,000 innocent dead Tamils and the concentration camps where Tamils are imprisoned in a barbed wired camps. Tamils are disgusted that Mr Gates is unaware of the fact that there are 1400 dying every week in these concentration style camps. Tamils are disgusted the Gates Foundation is not doing anything to help the sufferings of the innocent Tamils but poised to make money form a government that is killing hundreds of Tamils on a daily basis.
We the more than 70 million Tamils in the world must take this very serious and educate Mr Gates of what is happening in Sri Lanka.

Shame on You Bill Gates to get colluded with the most ruthless Terrorist of the world, Mahinde Raja+Butcher. He and his terror regime is responsible for the killing/maiming/raping at least 60,000 innocent Tamils in a matter of a few months. Now he imprisoned 300,000 innocent Tamils in death camps. Those innocent Tamils are deprived of their Education, food, Shelter, medicine and the like. Please wake up and stop sponsoring Genocide against innocent Tamils. Sinhalese are not real Buddhists, because sinhalese so-called clergy are power-hungry, and very violent - one of their famous clergies killed their then prime-minister Bandaranayeke with a gun and threw a granaide into the British High Commission urging Britain to ban Tamil Tigers in early 2000. Please do not collude with Sinhala ruthless liars - if you do, you will have blood in your hand.

Your ignorant statement on Sri Lanka make me sad. How much you know about now he imprisoned 300,000 innocent Tamils in death camps. Why don’t you try asking Sri lankan Government that you like to invest in north,10 % of any investment you invest in Sri Lanka, Or request that you representative will take humanitarian aid to IDP in Vanni camps.

Dear Mr.Gates,
I have always admired you for your innovation and hard work.
I have no problem if you want tp promote your products . There is nothing wrong with it.
However, please consider the fact that there are about 350,000 Tamils g behind barbed woiires in Srilanka and treated worse than animals. In the last few months, the Srilankan government has killed more than 100,000 Tamils in the name of wiping out terrorism.
You will do a great yeomen service to humanity if you deamnd the Srilankan government that these Tamils are released and sent back their homes. Just promoting the " Microsoft " buisness in Srilanka will further stregnthen the Srilankan economy - but also prolong the misery of the Tamils.
You are a man of dignity and decency. Please do not dissapoint the Tamils.
Thanks

Dear Mr Gates
It is very disappointing to note that you choose to do business with one of the most evil regimes in the world. I expected that Microsoft was one of those companies would not sacrifice commercial ethics for greed. It is hard to fathom that you are ignorant of the fact that you are dealing with a regime which only recently killed in the most brutal fashion 60,000 of it's Tamil citizens, within a period of one month, just because they stood up against it's oppression. Is that your greed for more wealth that is driving you or it's your utter disregard for humanitarian principles. There are 300,000 Internally displaced people languishing in camps which are said to be shacks unfit for human habitation. Where is your theory of "Sri Lanka poised for growth" comes from. Get your facts right and your act clean.
at 04:08 on July 20th, 2009
It's a great move, Not too long ago GOSL killed twenty thousand civilians in two days and no NGO or media were allowed in the zone. In the name of fighting agaist terrorism, GOSL killed thousands of innocent civilians and lot more are now disappearing every day. Tamils are not given rights & recognized as a citizens in that country.
at 04:29 on July 20th, 2009
Mr Gates, you are a great philanthroper and a entrepreneur. But in the case of Sri Lanka, you have failed the millions of Tamils who were forced to flee the country over decades, the 200,000 Tamils who have died and 300,000 in concentration camps. Perhaps you were fed the Sri Lankan government's propoganda that the Tamils were "rescued" and are looked after in "welfare centres" and "not one drop of blood was spilt". In 2009 alone, 40,000 were killed due to Sri Lanka military aerial bombardment and the 300,000 in concentration camps are dying at the rate of 1,400 per week due to starvation and lack of medical facilities. Please take a few minutes to think:

Dear Mr.Gates
Shame of you to get involved in the most ruthless terroist govenment in the world which is SRI LANKA. Mr Mahinda the prasident of srilanka is holding about 300000 inocent Tamils in open prisons in north as well as they killed 50000 or more in recent months. If your spend little more time to study about UNO and UK and other humanitarian org.'s statements must found the truth. Still If you put your feet in srilanka you will have blood stains in your hands same as India and China.
Please think one more time and use your innovation and hard work to help innocent Tamil people who are suffering in srilanka not to srilankan genocide govenment.
Thanks

Dear Mr Gates,
In a few miles away from the capital of colombo, 300, 000 Tamils are open prisoned. They are deny their basic human needs. Women are suffereing a lot in the hand of Mahinda's armed forces. I am sure that you can feel the pain of womens rape wound. We can't heel the wound by rape. We all are come to the world with empty hand and leave with same. We are not asking to charity the Tamils in Sri Lanka but kindly asking you to avoid business with a government whose hands are stained with blood of children, women and elderys.
Thank you

Dear Mr.Gates, It is shocking and shameful that you plan to do business with a government that is killing thousands of Tamil minority people living in Sri Lanka. For sure there are better place for you to do business other than the state which sponsored terror on its own minority people. Do you know what is going on in Sri Lanka against Tamil population since their independence from British back in 1947? It has become worse since the current president Mahinda Rajapakse took office. you do the simple math there are 200,000 military men for 20 million people, they want to increase by 50% to 300,000. If you do business you will indirectly fund this genocidal military machine. Out of this 200,000 you can't find one Tamil whose population is 6 million. The Western world is trying to launch an investigation on what happened in the final battle against the LTTE or Tamil army and its citizen that is the war crimes committed by the Sri Lankan army. The government used banned weapons like cluster bombs, chemical bombs on Tamils. Relentless air-raid killed, maimed thousands of Thamil men, women and children. Since the government declared its victory over the LTTE, they held 300,000+ Tamils in Nazi style concentration camps. The government has given the name "welfare village" to the world. Thousands of people dying each week. The recent news from TIMESONLINE UK says "Tamil death toll ‘is 1,400 a week’ at Manik Farm camp in Sri Lanka" can you call it as "welfare village" or "death camps"? In the name of fight against terrorism the current president unleashed terror on the minority Tamil men, women & children. You are doing lots of social work for the under privileged in Africa and elsewhere which is really good why don't you know more about the real situation on the ground before you associate yourself with the government/country? If you associate yourself with the current Sri Lankan government you will be only aiding and abetting the systematic genocide of Tamils that is going on in Sri Lanka. Don't take side with the evil government. The government is not even allowing the international aid agency or anyone to help the Tamil people, instead the government try to show the Tamil peoples misery/suffering/blood and death to the world and make money out of it which shows how horrible the lankan government attitude is. Please read couple of the below statements from the person & Organization well known to the world for humanitarian work: Elie Wiesel (The Elie Wiesel Foundation for humanity) statement: "Wherever minorities are being persecuted we must raise our voices to protest. According to reliable sources, the Tamil people are being disenfranchised and victimized by the Sri Lanka authorities. This injustice must stop. The Tamil people must be allowed to live in peace and flourish in their homeland. - Elie Wiesel, June 30th 2009 " Human Rights Watch (HRW) comments: "The government's history of restricting the rights of displaced persons through rigid pass systems and strict restrictions on leaving the camps heightens concerns that they will be confined in camps much longer, possibly for years." Billy,
What Sri Lanka needs is a good interface for lying and terror. A country which is a failed state and which has concentration camps and which kills kidnaps and rapes its own people does not deserve this type of comments from you. Bill by the way you should be aware so many like you made similar statements are regretting for doing the so. I hope you have the concious to go a bit deeper and find out the truth about what is happening in Sri Lanka and make your recomendations. A few countries Rajapakse was able to visit in the past are Myanmar,Iran, Pakistan, Libiya.. so you see who they are. Think throughly know fully before you make a statement.
What Sri Lanka needs is a package to rehabilitate it to civilized value. If you have such a package please give it to them

Dear Mr. Gates,
I am shocked that you made a pitch for investment and collaboration with Sri Lanka. Are you ignorant of the fact that Sri Lanka government forces massacred thousands of innocent Tamil civilian in the last phase of the civil war only a few months ago, and has put over 300,000 Tamils including pregnant women and children in open prison camps without proper food, shelter, water and medicine? Everyday hundreds of Tamils are dying in the camps, and torture and dissapearance are rampant. Please Mr.Gates, we implore you to stop any investment plans in Sri Lanka until the Tamils are set free, and war crimes investigation started.

Please educate Sinhala government of Sri Lanka to respect human rights and provide equal rights to Tamil minority via your foundation. If you do so, sometimes GoSL considers you as a traitor. However, Government of Tamil Eelam is waiting to welcome you and mermebrs of your foundation to have a look on richness of Tamil Culturere and hard working people who have been continuosly bombed, tortured, absducted and arbitarly executed by Government of Sri Lanka and its paramilitary.

Dear Mr Gates,
It is shameful to learn you have thought to invest in a country where democracy is taken and no freedom of speech is allowed, where minorities are systemically targeted and penalized. I quote from a major newspaper ''The Times'' who have conducted its own independent investigation in how the sri lanka army defeated the tamil tigers, with much as 20,000 innocent tamil civilians killed. If the government has nothing to hide why does it bare international mediators and for a independent investigation, why does it still keep 300,000 tamil people in a so called welfare camp for 3 months even though the war has ended, why is it affraid to let NGO in the camps. This government must be hiding something which it does not want the international community to know.i therefore strongly object your view, i kindly request you to ask the sri lankan government to allow for a international investigation before any further investment can be done with Sri Lanka and for free movement of medias.

please Mr. Bill
don't support the state terrorism in sri Lanka. Mr. Mahinda government imprisoned the 300000 tamils . so think about that. have you seen the news from the Times ( 1400 tamils are dying every week) do you know why there is no food medical and basic needs supply and also the doctors don't work in nights, as a result of that my people are dying
thanks
it's my kind request.
