TruemorsLaguna Lake "OVERFLOW" or HIGH TIDE" you will find the waters is almost at the top of those "Bamboos" that hold the fishnet. You could hardly find the "ROOF" of the "NIPA HUT" a place where caretakers/fishpen owners stay. You could just imagine Laguna Lake waters went up too high even just before the Typhoon"Ondoy" hit the Philippines.
