BIOGRAPHER SAYS MICHAEL JACKSON IS DYING OF A RARE LUNG DISEASE

The King of Pop music Michael Jackson may be dying sources close to the singer say.  Jackson's biographer says that Jackson  is suferring from a rare lung disease and is in need of a transplant.  Jackson is rumored to have also emphezma, as well as chronic gastrointestinal bleeding.  Jermaine Jackson, Jackson's brother was asked about Michael's condition Jermaine replied "it is not a good time for us".  Keep in mind that the question was neither denied or acknowledge as being true.    This may co-inside with Jackson's sister Janet's mystery illness, perhaps it was his illness she was tending to in reality.

Another long standing issue is Jackson's financial woes. This may have in some way accelorated Jackson's health downturn.
