Federal Witness Protection Program [WitSec] as a Non-Criminal Federal

File 7001 is the Rosetta Stone of U.S. Government torture programs and the evolution
of invisible yet highly tangible virtual death camp environments predicated
upon the genocidal experiments performed in Auschwitz-Birkenau during the
Jewish Holocaust and brought to America by the CIA and ODESSA in 1946 under “Operation
Paperclip.” 

Recognizing
that the truth of this story will sound stranger than a lie, Bah believes the
lives of an estimated 1,080 American veterans of voluntary covert national service
are at risk from the adjunct human slavery and the virtual death camp
environment produced in and around the human beings who unknowingly became the
test subjects within another U.S. Government clandestine torture experiment
under the misnomer of the Federal Witness Protection Program.

“Non-criminal”
federal witnesses [not criminal or custodial] become the unknowing test
subjects within a clandestine torture experiment and the laboratory control
sample for the applied tactics of psyops terrorism on an invisible minority
within a U.S. civilian population.  The
documented end conclusion of this torture is self-inflicted harm and suicide.

Vin Bah has an eighteen year history invested in the Black File 7001 report
that began in 1990 as a book project into the human curiosity factors
surrounding outlaw motorcycle gangs and was formalized as an academic
prospectus in 1994.  Bah is seeking a university initiative with an accredited school of
journalism as a humanitarian intervention. This would provide the pathway
for Bah to pick up where he left off when he volunteered to protect at risk
children around the world on behalf of the FBI.

This
true story is being suppressed by the U.S. Congress and a subordinate federal
agent under the Bush-Cheney administration has threatened Bah with the
“invention” of a criminal charge if he publishes a book.  Bah situation is grave from the affects of
psyops terrorism and psychological torture.

Vin Bah, is a U.S. born Italian Jew, 51, and a disabled person and cancer
survivor.  Since 1999, Bah has been subjected
to psyops terrorism and psychological torture practices in the form of
actionable offenses committed in political retribution by the agents and
agencies of the U.S. Government under the Bush-Cheney administration.  Each of these culpable acts has outed Bah’s
active covert status to create a growing mortal threat environment that subsequently
stands as the U.S. Government’s passive sanction for his assassination.  Lee Vin Bah lives in constant fear for his
life.

Lee
Vin Bah’s ancestors immigrated to America from Liguria, near Genoa, Italy.  Bah is a direct blood relative of Amadeo
Pietro Giannini (1870–1949) who founded the Bank of America, his cousin was
married to the son of a well-known U.S. Senator in California and is a distant
relative of Rear Admiral John Poindexter USN (Ret.), PhD.  In 1898, Bah’s grandfather was delivered by
the former personal doctor of American author Edgar Allan Poe.

Bah
is unable to seek his constitutional right of legal redress under threat from the
Bush-Cheney administration that national security letters would be issued as in
four previous matters brought by the ACLU’s Washington, D.C. office that
subverted the rule of law and overturn the constitutional requirement for the
administration’s own impeachment.

Lee
Vin Bah is requesting asylum as a refugee in Canada under a protected persons
status to escape U.S. Government.  Bah
wishes to flee America for the same reasons his families once fled the rise of
fascism in Europe for the dream and promise of America.
