My comment didn't post in its entirety. To continue my point: the black girls did not commit a hate crime because they technically attacked a man. Not to excuse their actions but they didn't commit a hate crime.

REAL SIMPLE. Two blacks attacked a white that makes it a racist act regardless of whether the white person was man or woman. These two inhumane individuals need to be charged to the full extent of the law and those charged needs to be enhanced with regards to it being a racist and hate crime. Where is the Ole "Rev" during all of this? Oh yeah thats right, it was a white person being beaten and not a black person.

@JustMyopinion: I gurantee you that you would not care if this had been two whites beating a black. You would just say "Oh well. The black probably provoked the whites and therefore, he deserved it".
