Rod Blogojevich is an indictment waiting to happen. First Blagojevich was impeached and removed as Governor of Illinois and now he is facing "significant criminal" charges from Federal prosecutors.

The Justice Department has until April 7 to obtain a federal indictment of Rod Blagojevich, the Illinois governor impeached in January for abuse of power.
The U.S. attorney’s office in Chicago said it would file papers later today in a “significant criminal matter.” U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald in Chicago convened a grand jury to hear evidence in the case of Blagojevich, who was originally charged in a criminal complaint filed by the government.
Federal prosecutors had until April 7, 2009 to file charges. They filed charges five days ahead of that deadline against Blagojevich and three others. The ex-Governor's brother, his former chief-of-staff and his chief fundraiser were also named in the charges.
A sweeping federal indictment charges former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich with scheming to auction off President Barack Obama's U.S. Senate seat, pressuring a congressman for campaign money and lying to FBI agents.
The 19-count indictment handed down Thursday against Blagojevich and others also alleges billions of dollars in state pension bonds were refinanced in exchange for the promise of a massive kickback, among other crimes.

Apparently, Blagojevich was vacationing with his family in Disneyworld, Florida.
A federal grand jury charged former Gov. Rod Blagojevich on Thursday with racketeering, extortion and fraud.
The 75-page indictment also charged Blagojevich's brother and several close aides. -- as your piece has mentioned, Tina.
