Blue Line Business turning into terror in the capital (New Delhi)

It is said that the man has a tendency to find fault with others but the maxim here can not be applied. Yes! I am talking about the killer Blue Line buses are running on the roads of <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />Delhi, the main cause of gundaism. As we all know that in single bus there may be one or two conductors but that rule is not applied here in Blue Line buses. There may be 6 to 8 rebels (gundas) who are usually known as Blue Line bus conductors. In fact, they are not conductors but the rebels to threaten the commuters if somebody speaks against them. There peculiar behavior can change your wonderful mood to agony. It seems that the word etiquette word does not exist in the dictionary of Blue Line. The wording used by them to commuter is quiet rubbish and rude like; 'Oye apne apne paise nikal lo... abe seedha khada ho ja nahin to teri man chod doonga'.I understand the I shouldn't write such type of wording here on the site but I think, the truth can not be ruled out.

The second point is the crowd in the buses, whether in Blue Line or DTC is uncontrolled that is why the blue line bus owners hire illiterate guys to controlled well educated people working in reputed companies. One thing witch can not be cursed i.e. the punctuality of Blue line buses. These buses run on the roads as per their timings instead of DTC whom Blue Line has over shadowed.

The third thing which is to be highlighted is; the one of Blue Line bus rebel sits in DTC without ticket to give the direction to DTC bus drivers. Here, it seems that the owner of DTC is sitting in the bus and the slaves are working accordingly as per his direction. DTC routes and schedules are made by Blue Line bus conductors not by the DTC officials. Everybody knows the reason and the reason is bribe which keeps the DTC officials mouth shut.

I am giving some route numbers where the situation is really worst and worrisome. These routes are 323, 392, 33, 333, 34, 764, 724, 621. There are some routes where, in papers, DTC is running regularly but in fact there is not DTC on that route like 621 for a long time.

If we talk about the helpline - 42400400, is the poorest service and no case is registers and no action is taken by anyone over any complaint. I am not beating about the bush because I had made complaints many times but did not get any response ever. It is the only talk of a helpline number but once I had written a letter to the honorable president of India regarding this typical issue and got response saying that your letter has been forwarded to the concerned ministry. More than one year has passed but till date I did not get any response from ministry of transport regarding this issue.

Now, I know that the representatives chosen by us are not worthy to rule over the country because there main motto is to make money by all means not to serve the nation and its country men. I would cast my vote because I feel that politics is a game which is played after every 5 years. Politicians play with words and forget whatever they say during election campaign. These days corruption has become a business and if somebody tries to raise even a finger against is cut. How pity it is!
