According to the Bob Barr Campaign Website at http://www.bobbarr2008.com/ and News OK at http://newsok.com , The Libertarian Party of Oklahoma is attempting to collect 43,913 signatures before the 15th of July 2008 in order for Bob Barr to appear in the ballot. It remains to be seen whether it can be done.
