Body of slain envoy returned to Czech Republic

The dead body of Czech ambassador who was killed in the suicide bomb attack on Islamabad's Marriott Hotel, was repatriated to Czech Republic through special aircraft.

The Guard of honour was also given to the slain Czech envoy by Pakistani army.

The 47-year-old father of two, diplomat Ivo Zdarek named as the Czech ambassador to Pakistan in August, had been living alone at the Marriott Hotel since his arrival last month.
