This Thursday,  President Evo Morales Ayma urged Bolivian people to defend the democracy and  to avoid  the repealing referendum  be boycotted on Sunday, August 10.  The President, during his speech given on the military parade in honour of 183rd anniversary of Bolivian Army (FFAA Spanish acronym), performed in Cochabamba city, urged authorities and people to obey the laws, going to the polls on the repealing referendum day....He made that call after to denounce that some people do not respect democracy nor Bolivian people. "They apply a kind of civil dictatorship threatening the democracy". According to Morales "the dictatorships of 60’s and 70’s are being replaced by some groups who occupy airports, Departmental Electoral Courts and who shot ministers’ cars". The President remarked that those groups were becoming smaller, but they became more radical regarding the changing process. However, Morales showed trusts in peoples’ will. He is sure that people will support the changing process in democracy, led by his Administration....
