In latest incident of terrorism in Mount Lavinia near national capital Colombo Banned ultra equipped LTTE rebels blown a bus with bomb attack resulted into serious injuries to three traveling citizens.

Eighteen people were wounded in the bomb blast, and according to the AFP, the casualties would have been much more severe if if a passenger had not spotted the suspicious package and shouted at the remaining passengers to get off the bus.
The driver then moved the bus to an isolated spot, where the explosion actually took place.
The LLTE has not released a comment yet about the incident, but all eighteen people have been treated in hospital. The bus however, was completely destroyed.
