Russell Bernard, right, Crew Chief with the 121st Air Refueling Wing at Rickenbacker Air National Guard base helps fold a 30 x 60 foot flag Tuesday night July 1, 2003, that will be hung on the side of the Columbia Gas Building to kick off the Red White & Boom fireworks late Thursday night. The 121st Air Refueling Wing has raised the flag on the building for the past 23 years and was doing a trial run Tuesday night for practice. In rear left is Master Sgt.
