Rep. Dennis Kucinich is again introducing a resolution to Impeachment President Bush, and perhaps with the known contenders in this upcoming election it will finally come to light. McCain and Obama have both come out saying they do not support Impeachment  along with same no impeachment support from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Perhaps the people are seeing how this setup in Washington is really about the same old politics Obama claims he is changing. How is he changing Washington when he protects criminals in the current administration? Everyone knows his pal Tony Rezko helped the Republicans sack all the US attorneys, and Tony has a lot of friends that helped orchestrate this war. I find it hard to believe Obama was really against the War in Iraq, when he has such friends as Tony Rezko. Tony Rezko held a reception at his home for Iraqi-born billionaire Nadhmi Auchi on April 3, 2004, White House hopeful Barack Obama and his wife were also there, Stuart Levine testified just now at Rezko's trial.http://www.redstate.com/blogs/soren_dayton/2008/apr/14/tony_rezko_and_nadhmi_auchi_more_of_obamas_gifts_that_keep_on_giving

Whoever said Obama is a breath of fresh air and will change Washington will find that Obama is nothing more than business as usual, as he props up and supports the continuing  governing corruption.

Rep. Dennis Kucinich, a former Democratic presidential contender, said Monday he wants the House to consider a resolution to impeach President Bush.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi consistently has said impeachment was "off the table."

Kucinich, D-Ohio, read his proposed impeachment language in a floor speech. He contended Bush deceived the nation and violated his oath of office in leading the country into the Iraq war.

Kucinich introduced a resolution last year to impeach Vice President Dick Cheney. That resolution was killed, but only after Republicans initially voted in favor of taking up the measure to force a debate.

Kucinich won 50 percent of the vote in a five-way House Democratic primary in March, beating back critics who said he ignored business at home to travel the country in his quest to be president.

A. The voters in Kucinich's district must be very ignorant to keep sending this nutcase to Congress.

B. President Clinton also fired every federal prosecutor when he took office.  At least President Bush waited a while.  Having prosecutors of your choosing is a prerogative of every president.

If his constituents keep sending him there is a reason. Not being in his district neither of us know what it is.

I for one am happy that he has introduced both impeachment motions as I think both the Prez and V.P. are guilty as charged.

joellerose, your definition of a nut is what? One who doesn't lie to the people? One who doesn't wage war on a lie and kill thousands of innocent people in the process? One who goes after a guy who didn't attack the WTC, because we all know Bush is the one who attacked the WTC. Nutcase? Nahhhh! The guy who they claim attacked the WTC is free and running loose, while the guy who didn't attack the WTC was hanged! Who is the nutcase?

And did I say Clinton did the right thing in firing prosecuters? Of course I did not. Clinton does bad, so Bush has to do bad too? Just to get back at Clinton? And so whats wrong with a balanced  group of prosecutors? Half democrat and the other republican?

Clinton did not appoint federal prosecuters without Senate approval. Bush did. End of story.
Clinton was not selective he fired them all, at the beginning of his Presidency and started a fresh new term.

Today's update on the status of impeachment in Congress also includes a new resource for impeachment activists to use around the country. We also want to send a thank you! to all those who have made a donation to allow the movement to reach this incredible level of activity. Funds are critical at this stage,

Yesterday, the House voted 251-166 to send the 35 Articles of Impeachment introduced on Monday to the House Judiciary Committee.

is initiating a full-scale grassroots campaign to pressure the House Judiciary Committee to act on HRes 1258, the Articles of Impeachment for George W. Bush. It is now the Judiciary Committee's obligation to hold impeachment hearings.

We've produced a new flyer, "Impeachment:  It is perfect for circulating to your friends, family members, classmates, co-workers, community members, and all other potential newcomers to the movement. If everyone on this list were to pass out the flyer to just ten people -- and that wouldn't take long at all -- we could magnify our efforts dramatically.

By bringing the millions more people who already support impeachment into the movement, through phone calls, emails, door-to-door outreach, rallies, pickets and advertising, Congress be forced to respond to the will of the people.

We'd especially like to thank everyone who has donated to the impeachment movement in the last few days. It's your help that allows us to get these grassroots initiatives off the ground and running in no time.

djermano, I like this story. It's good stuff.

I believe Bush should not only be Impeached, but tried in an international court for crimes of war and crimes against Humanity... No I am not anti American, Just Anti Bush/Cheney.

Thanks Paschen, real Americans wouldn't let these guys get away with what they did, but Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama do not support impeachment of Bush and Cheney.  As it looks now it doesn't matter who wins in November because Obama might as well be John McCains forehead because they both think the same on the issue. Who brings justice to the thousands of innocent Iraqis killed by American bullets, missiles, and bombs? Where were the WMD? And since Bush admitted Saddam did not do 911, why did the US invade?

Is the world better off without Saddam? I would say not. Saddam was able to keep a unified government, and if the US did not send him weapons that signaled to him to use them, on Iran and insurrgents from Iran in Iraq, there would not have been war. In fact Iraq would never have gone to war against Iran. The US inflamed the situation in the middle east, start the trouble then come in blazing saying they are stopping a brutal dictator. It's the typical bait and catch trick and Americans are dumbfounded to know the diff!
