Both our National TV News Stations CBC and CTV have reported disturbing news in the Omar Khadr affair, that Arar was also present with him at an al qaeda training camp. If this turns out to be true, then this is breaking considering the Canadian government compensated Arar 10 million dollars for their complicity in sending him to Syria and imprisonment for 2 years as a home grown terrorist, The Arar case made worldwide headlines, touting once again an innocent Canadian was sent to a foreign land on trumped up terrorism charges. Could this be true or is Khadr making a play in saving his own Bacon.  The trial of Omar Khadr continues to unfold new evidence North Americans and the world were never privy to until now. Perhaps Obama may delay his opinion on Gitmo, who knows.

Khadr ID'd Arar as visitor to al Qaeda training camps

Updated Mon. Jan. 19 2009 7:51 PM ET

CTV.ca News Staff

When Omar Khadr was still a teenager, he identified fellow Canadian Maher Arar as someone who had attended al Qaeda training camps in Afghanistan, according to the testimony of an FBI agent.

At Khadr's trial in Guantanamo Bay on Monday, Robert Fuller said Toronto-born Khadr had picked out Arar from various ID photographs, during interrogations in 2002. He was 15 years old at the time, and wounded by shrapnel.

That would need bullet prove evidence. If any of it was true, it would be like an earth quake.

There is some thing strange though since he did only admitted it to Fuller the FBI Agent.

This is what the CGBC had to say about it.

Evidence was brought into court on Monday in preliminary cross examination in the trial of Omar Khadr, the only Canadian detained in the American prison in Guantanamo. During questioning, an FBI agent declared that Omar Khadr told him he had seen Canadian Maher Arar in a Al-Qaida training camp in Afghanistan. According to the agent Robert Fuller, Omar Khadr identified Maher Arar from photographs shown to him during cross-examinations several months after his arrest in Afghanistan,

Politcally correct Canadians have been played for fools these past eight years since 9/11. Canada is a major funding and organising centre for their schemes and the country is played for a patsy by militant islamists. Other countries have known this and have pressured Canada privately to grow a set.

Nancy Canada can't grow a set, didja know?

Looks as though Arar was placed in Canada by RCMP at this time,
