According to Radio Mozambique [which I am hearing on my Windows Media Player], MDC Leader Morgan Tsvangerai is in Mozambique and is meeting with leaders of the country to discuss the situation in Zimbabwe. Mozambique has wanted to discuss the Zimbabwe Situation after it refused to allow the boat An Jie Yiang to land in Maputo. Another reason have been the people of Zimbabwe living close to the border with Mozambique crossing to escape the instability and "state of anarchy" predominating in their country. This is ocurring while Zuma [leader of the African National Congress] is visiting Europe and is discussing the Zimbabwe Situation. The only difference is now Zuma is reluctant to blame Mugabe for Zimbabwe's problems. Regardless, Mugabe is the one who has the power. ZANU-PF has the power. Therefore, what has happened in Zimbabwe has been the fault of Mugabe and ZANU-PF. Even Kenyan Prime Minister Odinga has admitted that Mugabe was to blame for Zimbabwe's problem and must "leave gracefully".
