Breaking News from the BBC News Website gives the Official MDC [Movement for Democratic Change] Results in the Zimbabwean Presidential Elections:

Morgan Tsvangarai has won 50.3% of the vote compared to 43.8% for Robert Mugabe. If this is true, there is no runoff.
