As the underwriter finished the article about ZANU-PF Mugabe banning Mr. Annan, Mr. Carter, and Mrs. Graca Machel from Zimbabwe, some Senior Officials from Matabeleland have announced their resignation from the governing ZANU-PF. The purpose is to attempt to revive the now defunct ZAPU Movement which existed before it was forced to merge with ZANU-PF after the violent Fifth Brigade Massacres of the Early 1980's.

The senior officials who resigned from ZANU-PF are: Former Interior Minister Dumiso Dabengwa, Former Information ZANU-PF Chief of Matabeleland Effort Nkomo, Deputy Information of ZANU-PF Andrew Ndlovu, and Publicity Secretary of ZANU-PF Tryphine Nhliziyo. More to come.
