BREAKING NEWS: USA to Remove DPRK from Terrorist List Imminent?

According to reports from Xinhua, CRI English, and the Washington Post, there is the possibility that the USA will remove North Korea [a.k.a. the Democratic People's Republic of Korea] from its list of states that sponsor terrorism. The Washington Post states that they base their report on sources that are within the administration. The report as well as the sources declared that such a move may be imminent. The Bush Administration made a previous promise last summer but never complied. I personally invite anyone to add to this story.
