Ok you ignorant people lets get this story straight..Samuel White was a "good kid." He was intelligent, well spoken and motivated. He was going to school while working and would never have done what the news is making it out to be. Read the daily news today Anastasia is crying to them now and saying she misses him and denies he ever raped her. I know both of them personally and anyone who knows of them and their relationship know exactly what happened. Anastasia was obsessed and controlling. The police needed to have checked their records this isn't the first time that she had claimed to be kidnapped, in August she had gotten him arrested when he was not even with her I know he didnt kidnap her and if the police check their records it will will say that she was there 15 minutes later bailing him out. Anastasia got a court order of protection against him yet openly claims they were still in a relationship. When she had place the court order of protection he would be hanging out with us and it was non stop calls or im's from this girl. This was another stunt to control him except she let it go too far this time that's all. An innocent person was killed. He was on the phone with friends and family members he said he was unarmed and he didnt even know where she was. The cops supposedly found her waiting on the roof.. trust me if it was there they found her that is exactly where she started. Samuel was trying to better himself and keep out of trouble she let this get out of hand and now feels guilty. The cops are just covering their asses, she was never raped and never touched. They said they tazed him and then needed to shoot him.. the weapon they charged him with was a kitchen knife when intially they said he had a gun and yet found nothing. Trust me I'm 5'3 and sam was about my size to take him down four cops could have easily have done it without shooting him in the head. They didn't seem to point out any of these things in the news. Come on people get your asses out of your head and the facts straight.. We all knew Sam don't believe everything you hear or read. Hopefully you will never have to be in a situation where one of your loved ones is being made out to be someone they weren't because you would then know how painful it is knowing the truth and how easily all of this could have been avoided. We will never forget you Sam, and as for you Anastasia I hope god has mercy on you.

I am sorry but a "good kid" does not have 12 arrests by the age of 20.  I have lived in NYC all of my life....and I have been arrested once in those 40 years, for smoking weed in public.  It is a shame that a person had to die no matter what the circumstances were, but if he was truly a "good kid" and he did not do what she claimed he did to her, then there would have been no problem surrendering to the police.  He might have went to jail, AGAIN, but it is better than being dead.  You say the police are just covering their asses? For what?  Oh lets shoot the kid for the hell of it and then we will say he came at us with a knife?  I think you watch too many movies.  First off, even if Sam came at the police with a gun in each hand and the officers had to shoot him, they still have to live with the fact that they took someones life for as long as they live, which is not easy.  "Anastasia is crying to them now and saying she misses him and denies he ever raped her"...well if that's the way she feels she could have prevented this whole thing by saying so while he was still in the Apt.....she was there she saw what was going on (I was there too) the entire avenue from Brighton 6 to Brighton 7 was sealed off.  There were ESU trucks and police cars everywhere, the K-9 unit had dogs out on the street, it looked like a scene out of a movie.  This was not some little thing where one squad car showed up...this was serious.  So do not blame the police, blame her...she could have stopped the whole thing right then and there if she now denies that he raped her.  I may not agree with all the actions that some on the NYPD take, but they have a hard job and are up against a majority of people that hate them.  If the police bust into my apt. with guns drawn telling me to get down...I am face down on the ground, hands behind my back that way the is no reason to get shot, especially if I know I didn't do anything.

I believe the comments written by those who actually knew the deceased. He was only 20 years old....he was still a child with his whole life ahead of him. How could anybody say "good riddens". This Anastasia sounds like a total drama queen who doesn't know herself what she wants, but is in a habit of victimizing herself and pointing blame on this boy. Sounds like they had a long and disasterious relationship. My heart goes out to Sam's family and friends. I hope the next guy that crosses Anastasia's path proceeds with caution. I do believe she blew a lover's squwarl out of proportion, accusing Sam of crimes he did not commit, and I believe that the police have NO justification for shooting this child in the head. They NEED to be investigated. They spent the whole day outside the apartment and all they could think of was...who's gonna shoot him in the head first??? Why didn't they allow his family to talk him downstairs?? He was terrified. He was a child.

Amazing what an awful guy he is being made to sound like. Anastasia used and emotionally abused Samuel for a long time. She tried to control him at all times and though many people warned him about her, he was foolishly blinded by his feelings. He tried getting away from her so many times and she kept coming back to suck him dry like a leech. She called and stalked him at his work all the time when he said he did not want to see her. The last time he was arrested for carjacking, kidnapping, and assaulting her I have no doubt that it was because she came to him herself. The car in question was one he bought for her, after she crashed another car he bought her previously. She is a liar and she deserves to rot in jail for his murder.
