Many brilliant students from small towns and middle class families are selected for elite institutes like IIT & IIM. But they aren't able to adjust in social,economic and cultural environmet of the big cities. They don't speak flawless english, they don't dress or live like other students of big cities do. Suddenly all their brilliance is kept aside and they suffer from a kind of "brilliance shock" which leaves them depressed and eventually they resort to extreme step like suicide.
