Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston Break Up, Cancel Engagement

Sarah Palin's eldest daughter, 18-year-old Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston, the 19-year-old man with whom she has a two-month old son, have broken up.

News sources confirmed Wednesday that Palin and Johnston have not been romantically involved "for a while".

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston are both single parents now.

The young couple, who welcomed son Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston two months ago, have gone their separate ways.

Rumors had been swirling, and Johnston, 19, finally confirmed Wednesday that they have been broken up for a while.

The former couple will continue to raise their son Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston "in separate environments" as single parents.

wow! I guess it was all too much for them, with the election campaign media hounding them day and night, or was it that Johnston never really wanted the kid or the marriage but was thrown into the limelight, forcing his hand?

I guess Sarah Barracuda may have to rethink her policies on teenage pregnancies?
