British hacker Gary McKinnon has lost his latest High Court bid to avoid extradition to the United States.
Although Gary McKinnon admits that he was able to gain access to sensitive networks in the USA, he was not malicious. He suffers from a mental disability, and hence his trial in the USA would be be unfair.
The timing of his crime could not have come at a worse time, so soon after 9/11.
Does the US justice system fit the crime?
