A Los Angles court has allowed Britney Spears for spending more time with her child. She has been fighting a case for expanded visit with her two young sons.

Britney Spears has been given the chance to spend more time with her two young sons.

The pop star was granted expanded visits at a low-key child-custody hearing in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old pop star's appearance at the Los Angeles Superior Court, was a far cry from the spectacle of previous court dates.

Looking sombre and wearing a brown polka-dot dress and white sweater, Ms Spears arrived early flanked by her parents and lawyers.

Back in January the star arrived at the same court dressed in a black minidress and gold platform shoes, then left before the hearing began.
