Minneapolitans woke up to -8F temperatures today, testing even their hardy souls. And there's no respite in sight for the region -- tomorrow's expected to be even colder.
A winter weather advisory has been issued for southeastern Minnesota for tonight into tomorrow morning. Temperatures are expected to settle in the 5 to 15 below zero range with wind chills as low as 35 below zero after midnight.
A wind chill advisory is also in effect for the Twin Cities from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wednesday.
