Bruce Davis, Charles Manson Cult Member, Recommended For Parole
Bruce Davis, who took part in two murders as a member of Charles Manson cult, was recommended for parole. Davis spend nearly four decades in prison for his involvement with the cult. The Manson Cult involved members of the Manson family responsible for multiple killings. Davis was convicted for taking part in the killings of Gary Hinman and Donald Shea. He is currently 67 years old, and has spent a good portion of his life behind the bars. The recommended parole has still to be approved by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Davis became a born-again Christian in prison and ministered to other inmates, married a woman he met through the prison ministry and has a grown daughter.
The head of the cult Charles Manson was sentenced to death, but the sentence was changed to life in prison. Manson is currently serving his sentence at Corcoran State Prison.

When he kept Gary Hinman in his house and torchured him by cut his ear off along with the females for a couple days before he was killed by Manson's order, he should spend the rest of his life in prison. The same for Shea who he helped kill.

It's time the Family comes back to the desert and re-groups. The 60's need to be re-lived so we can get things back in order. Bruce i have read that you have changed. The desert is still the same and it's calling you. Time will tell.

People should get to know the facts of these crimes. Bobby BeauSoliel admits that Manson did not order him to kill Hinman. Davis was not there when the murder was committed, and the convictions on the Shea murder came about due to incorrect hear say evidence. If you recall during the trial Donald Shea was said to have been beheaded and cut into nine pieces. Over a decade later one of the killers told athorities where the body was buried and they dug it up in one piece. Even Susan Atkins on her death bed confessed that the actual cause of all the murders folloing the Hinman crime was not due to the D. A.'s helter skelter motive, but rather copy cat crimes to make it seem as though Beausoliel, who was in jail at the time, did not commit the initial killing. This had been brought up in the original trial but not only is justice blind but deaf too. No, none of them are innocent, but some are not as guilty as presumed to be. Just because something is said under oath doesn't mean it is true. Also, in the words of Charles Manson "just because you're convicted in a court room doesn't mean you're guilty of something".
