They chant. " Polis ganas! Polis ganas!" meaning Police violence in Malaysian language over and over again during Kugan's murder under police custody protest. Kugan was just one of the many victims in many years since the trend started on murdering Indian youths under police detention started. I stress on this: " Malaysian Police brutality" had caused so many targeted Malaysian "Indian" youths that were arrested and detained in Malaysian jail bars - Coming in the jail alive and coming out of jail DEAD.

The videos will explain EVERYTHING.

How could this be? The jail detainees in the mercy and power of the police had to be tortured and treated inhumanely ie. beating them until they bleed out and telling them to lick off the floor that a pool of their blood spilled. The victim Kugan was humiliated before he died, and the report showed that his family was never informed of his arrest until he died under police custody. Im sorry i had to be this detailed because the videos some of them are in Malaysian language and the victims need the power of the people and awareness from the people to affect change in this prejudiced and corrupted authority system today.

Please be cautioned, those images are disturbing.

Until this very minute and probably until the next HINDRAF upraising, the Malaysian Attorney General will not take action against the parties that were responsible for these murder crimes. Why?

As a Malaysian citizen, I'm really saddened that the Malaysian Authority did not at all serve and protect its citizens from harm, did not go through the proper process of detention and placing the proper by law punishment after legally charging the victims with the crime. Instead, the victims came in the jail alive and 3 days later, came back out of jail to be mourned amidst the wailing cries of the people that loved them.

A sad story. But a true story.

UPDATE

----------------------------------------------------------

I found out more about the Malaysian system of detention, it is under LLPK or preventive detention in Malaysia. An example of a news clipping did not disclose his real name and what he was charged under. Even the family of this person probably would not have realized that he was found in the bathroom of the KLIA airport in Sepang counting American dollars. He was accused of abetment together with another criminal from Iran, who pleaded guilty to the drugs smuggling charge; the police seized 786grams of pure Methamphetamine which has street value of USD 10 Million. The Iran national confessed that he was alone in that particular act and nobody else was involved. This is my example of recent LLPK detainees.

However, the malaysian citizen escaped the 39[B] sentence due to non direct involvement in the act and the IPD police in Sepang and Bukit Aman did not have enough evidence to charge the malaysian under the abetment act which carries the same sentence as 39[B] (capital punishment).

The Malaysian was released from IPD Sepang yesterday to be detained again by Bukit Aman [Malaysian royal police headquaters] under LLKP (preventive measures).

Without being charged due to lack of evidence, after serving the initial 14 days detention for criminal investigation, the Malaysian is being served for "another 60 days" under LLPK in Putrajaya Police headquaters and the chances are great of being transfered to a Simpang Renggam rehabilitation center in Johor, in south Malaysia.

The police wanted to make an example of the Malaysian to deter other criminals, what do you think will happen? Criminals at large are going to stop because 2 men down? They are going to replace everybody being detained under police questioning with another one and the cycle will continue.

There are three categories to Malaysian detention;

1. ISA ( Internal Security Act) meant to capture communist but ending capturing opposition candidates in political parties.

2. EPOPCO used in the Malaysian's race riot in the 60s when all forms of government failed to control the citizens.

3. LLPK ( Preventive measures) used to capture and detain Criminals.

No words to describe this situation. Royal Police of Malaysia govern by money and the powerful, and licenced to kill citizens. We are afraid of them, but we do not have an ounce of respect for them. Based on this turmoil, Malaysians will be very tired of being oppressed and bullied by the police force to protect the asses of those with money, in politics and those that has power. We will eventually create some sort of resistance groups and probably will end up like Sri Lanka or Afghanistan, nothing better.
