Build a Bridge over the Wall...

Sometimes, when you can't tear down the wall, it's time to build a bridge over it, and meet in the middle.

Nov.7,2009 - over 1000 styrofoam dominoes were painted by school children and placed in the location of the Berlin Wall between the Reichstag and Potsdamer Platz - effectively re-dividing the city of Berlin. On Monday, November 9, at the time that the wall was "opened" officially, the dominoes will be knocked over to symbolize the event itself. It will be carried live on ZDF.
The dominoes were made by school children, peace organisatins, and businesses supporting the event.
