A vacant building collapsed in Lower Manhattan today, just a block away from City Hall.
The collapse occurred on Reade St. between Broadway and Church, early enough in the morning that no passersby were injured.
There are no reports of casualties.
Emergency crews - some using dogs - sifted through the rubble at Reade St. after the 6 a.m. accident. Officials haven't reported any injuries.

Is this something to do with falling house prices, or a collapsing market on wall street?
It could be linked with the conspiracy of 9/11 delayed action so to speak, but seriously its good to see nobody is reported a casualty but how safe are the buildings next door?
