We stayed at the best hostel in Pamplona... this was the view from our window. We just stepped out our front door at 7am and ran with the bulls! Summer 2001.

What a great picture. We are planning to go next year. What hotel did you stay in? Did you have a balony. Was the picture from your balcony or your room.

This photo was taken from the balcony of a non-official hostel during the week of the festival. I think the owner converted his space to make some money. Sorry I can't really say the name of the place because there is none. We were approached and asked if we were looking for a room at a great rate and we said, "Heck yeah!" We got so lucky because so many people sleep in the parks during the fest. It may have been a school of some sort along the street where they run... within a few blocks of the final bull ring.

If you plan to run, keep an eye on those bulls... but you've really got to watch out for the PEOPLE running for their lives. They'll push you!
