Delhi-Haryana Border, India. Burnt by Gujjar rioters (Gujjars are lower caste people in Indian traditional caste system), who were protesting to get their community enlisted as a scheduled tribe, to get the allied benefits that come with that status (e.g. reserved seats in premier educational institutes - originally started to provide equal opportunity to these lower castes, but now being used for political gains). This happened in June 2007!
