Leveraging his considerable experience in fighting negative emotions like 'terror', George W. Bush identified yet another ominous enemy of the state.  This time it's not terror but 'uncertainty'.

WASHINGTON (AFP) - US President George W. Bush on Friday blamed "uncertainty and fear" for much of the global financial meltdown and insisted US authorities have the tools they need to confront the crisis.

Worries are understandable but "anxiety can feed anxiety and that can make it hard to see all that is being done" to address the problem, he said, promising: "We can solve this crisis, and we will."

Always a man of clear thinking and decisive action Bush swore to defeat 'uncertainty' along with its ally 'fear'.  This, it seems is the new Axis of Evil but given his successes in overcoming previous global emotional states I have no doubt that this will all soon be behind us.  Phew!

The only thing certain (I hope) is that his 2nd term comes to an end on January 15, 2009.  Hope you don't mine me adding the picture.  Don't take offense, as his jester is also meant for (and felt by) moi.

Is it necessary to use photos that distort the president.  While I liked the article, I know that users are now making Palin witches as their icons and the such.  Had any one on the conservative side distorted a photo of Obama we immediately would be called racist.  It is discouraging to see photos like this on a news site

It's necessary for people that are evil and hate others to do whatever they can to promote their biased views.

Doggone it!  Me and Sarah love this darn funny stuff.  She adores the pictures, (don't cha know?) and I am trying, by doggies, to explain the wordy things to her.  God bless her ...

Nice chuckle, thanks.
