Bush on lost lives in Iraq: "Those costs are necessary"

This is what Bush is to say on the mark of the 5 year anniversary of invading Iraq. What the f**k does it even mean?

So in order to keep the "enemies" in Iraq (aka the Muslims who don't want the Western culture imposed on it's people) away from victory, it is worth 4000 American lives. Americans who trusted their government was doing the right thing. 4000 Americans that likely joined around 9/11 as a symbol of patriotism.
