Bush Torture Memos OK'ed Radiation Weapon Use - On Americans Too

I am seeking legal aid in this matter for my appeal if any attorneys are out there who would be willing to help expose this horror please contact me!  I have made the first step in disseminating this egregious civil liberties crime against many targeted individuals, their lives and their families.  As with those who authorized the torture of detainees, we must also expose and demmand the release of records and or memos authorizing the use of cointelpro like tactics on innocent US citizens.  We must stop this crime now!

The FBI certainly has inside knowledge of gang stalking. I've been down there multiple times, so when they tell you there's no record of complaints, that is simply not true.

But as I've commented before about your petition, you single out the FBI when what I term the "extrajudicial punishment network" is clearly a multi-agency coordinated action, a series of programs with a lead agency doing the ultimate coordination.  The insiders know full well which agency that is.  I can only speculate.

So why are you singling out the FBI when another agency, or agencies, may have a superior role in devising the so-called "torture matrix"? Is the FBI the "fall guy" here? 

Not that I am casting aspersions on your true motives.  I don't have enough info to do that.

As for your pleas for legal aid:

I've tried such an appeal on the ACLU web site, where I have reprinted many of my articles and have authored many original posts as well.

It is quite possible that the "full lid" that has been imposed upon me has prevented certain people from contacting me. 

I met my congressman, Patrick Murphy, for the first time today, at a public event.  I believe he remembered me from my TV news days in Philly.  I told him that I have been trying to contact him for at least two years -- on the phone, via email, even in person at his main local office.  I also informed him of the strong evidence that my telecommunications are not just being surveilled, but are being intercepted, and expressed my belief that I was being kept from contacting him.

I made the congressman aware that any victims of gang stalking who try to seek redress are falsely labeled as delusional, or falsely accused of being some sort of a deviate.  He  promised to read the articles on this site.  Since my every move is being surveilled, I am giving away no secrets here. 

Hopefully, my brief meeting with the congressman will bear fruit. I believe he realizes there are factions within many of the agencies and directorates with an "interest" in using members of local, federally-funded groups as civilian enforcers and informants -- and I told him  of my strong belief that many inside the FBI are disgusted with what has happened.  I know they took seriously my  reports of irradiation and food poisoning (but they haven't taken steps to stop these crimes against humanity that I know are happening in Bucks County,  PA).

What I didn't get to tell him is that breaking down the "stovepipes" that divided government agencies may have been the crowning achievement of the Bush administration -- since it let "the good people on the inside" see just want some other bureaucrats and their "unit" operatives were really up to.

I saw many familiar stalker faces at the township hall where I met Rep. Murphy. I engaged a couple of them in conversation.  They were not from my township. 

I said to one of them, "You know about the crown of evil." (That's the term the stalkers use to describe the GPS screen pattern used to track their "targets").

He said something like, "Yeah. What about it?"

I told one of them that with the new administration, the two-way "crown of evil" GPS technology (which leaves an electronic trail) might be used to track down the stalkers, the gaslighters, the tailgaters, the cat burglars who enter my home. 

I asked him if he had a family.   He said he did.  I said to him: 

"Well, for their sake, this might not be a good time to be one of those points on the crown of evil" (the points being the signals emanating from the "swarming" stalker vehicles).  

He gave me a rueful smile and said, "You may be right."  Then he said, "Thanks for the heads up."

Was he being facetious, mocking me?

Call me naive; but I think I got this guy to think about the possibility he could be spending a beautiful Saturday afternoon stalking an innocent man whose life he has helped ruin.

I can only speculate that radiation weaponry is being used against civilians as i have no specific evidence leading me to that conclusion.  I do however know that organized stalking and state sponsored terrorism does exist.  There is a government hit list that is compiled.  Those on the list, I believe, are not criminals and have committed any crime.  These individuals are political dissidents, those who do not agree with the war on terror and or those perceived as an enemy of the state.  The war on terror principle is being used as cover to allow the government to use psychological torture methods on these targets.  This is something I have personally experienced over the last year.  Street theater, intimidation, provocation, and the dismantling of a targets social network is simply the beginning.  The ultimate end goal I believe is documented in Marshal Thomas' video series on youtube.  The New Phoenix program which now exists is simply another form of cointelpro and mkultra.  These are psychological studies being carried out on US citizens to perfect the use vigilantee stalking groups and potentially (I only speculate) the use of harmful radiation weaponry.  I now believe that I personally have been psychologically conditioned and controlled with this harrassment.  This social control mechanism is being perfected so that it can be used on real high value criminals in our society.  The sad part is that the nuremburg code is not being recognized in this form of experimentation.  I assert the following questions.  Have any targets consented to allow the government to experiment on them?  Have they been compensated for their suffering?  Have the individuals within a terget's social life been told that the information they have been fed is nothing but a series of complete and egregious lies?

If you have the video, it proves it happened. How you prove it came from next door and who was doing it is what *they* know might not be believed by many, at least not now, but certainly not forever.

Where did hear the "crown of evil" reference?

I have no problen with the posting of it (as I did with the youtube video you can access from the one article I wrote)  except for this- by the time it is transferred to a file form youtube recognizes then is uploaded (converted?) to youtube, the resolution and quality loss on any of  those will make the movement of the wall at that door almost impossible to discern. That presents something I've tried  to asvoid, posting videos on yourtube which say "look!  a smoking gun!" but really show nothing at all. Those DVDs were burned straight to disc as the cameras  rolled, most (but not all) on a quadrant feed.

To see what I mean go to my userpage and watch the video- now imagine the front door you see in quadrant one moving an inch or so  in and out- going to be really tough to see online.

The video I did post shows I am not hesitant about baring all, but I've seen enough stuff on youtube from TI's that even made me think "did they really look at this before they posted it?" (the majority of the archived discs are not on the premises for obvious reasons, I do have a couple here- and haven't made any new ones lately as my "Lite-on" DVD recorder is now getting finicky about what discs it will accept- any hints on that? it's model LVC-9016G, I tried a firmware update, no help- it's supposed to take all DVD R/RW + and - but keeps showing "invalid disc" and when it does read and prepare it it gets partway then says "write fail"- I tried to clean the laser with alcohol/swab but am unsure if I got it or not)

Additionally I don't pretend the videos will ever prove anything in a legal setting- and the mention was merely to add that I had numerous checks and balances besides "I see walls move".  Which since friday include bowls of water, which have been inconclusive. The shaking has been mild, AND jumping up and down near them reveals this is not a very sensitive form of seismometer. Supposedly you put the water in a bowl or pan and let sunlight reflect off it onto the ceiling and watch the reflection. Not a lot of sunlight as all my windows face N.W.or E.

Another method involves a plumb bob, some wood, and jello. Hmmm...

Finally here is something to think about filming similar disturbances: Anyone ever see an NFL game live, and get right down there on field level where you're next to the players? When you went home and watched the next week's game, did you notice how the TV showed no perspective of the size and speed of  the players? I saw a Chargers game like that some years ago, stood right on the turf for a few plays and was blown away at how high the receivers were leaping at what looked like average catches at home on TV, and the speed 330 lb linemen carried.

What's funny, is THEIR wall is moving as much as mine. Last summer when it started after I wrote them a note and put it in their mailbox in full candor of what I suspected (no response whatsoever) I mounted a rope light with half on the door frame and half on a parallel piece of aluminum extrusion I mounted 4" from the wall, so when the wall moved at night you could see it even walking down the street.  As I worked and for several days I posted a sign saying "The ocean beach mystery spot! Invite your friends, bring grandma and the kids! Everyone in the neighborhood will be famous!" They saw the sign as I began working on it, and after they went inside over  a dozen vehicle perps including 2 SDPD marked rollers slowly cruised by over the next 2 hours, a few slowed to a stop even, to see exactly what I was up to! NOBODY could see that sign except for those neighbors, and what I was doing (mounting the lights and extrusion) did not look at all out of the ordinary from the street. (and I could see the neighbors making several long calls after they went inside)

Today the rope lights still stand, you can see them move from the street but it's not much at that distance.. Attempts to capture it on film have been poor, and a new camera is not on the horizon.

And BTW, assuming the neighbors or their handlers may very well read all this sooner or later, I'll briefly say: "What's up with you guys? You seem human and aren't really different from me except you're 20 years younger- I've loaned you tools and even fixed a few things for you- how did you guys get talked into thinking this was a good plan or the right thing to do?  What's funny is if the tables turned tommorrow and I had my finger over YOUR button, I'd grin and laugh an evil laugh, get ready to push the button and make you scream..... and throw down the box, get on the next plane back home to Vermont and forget about you. It's a summary of a book the same author was blackballed from printing by every major publisher for 25 years. CFR has an obscure page on their site with reference links, which begrudgingly acknowledges Shoup's expose as "the most important critical piece ever written about the Council on Foreign Relations", I kid you not. Get an audio turntable or make a similar device.

Place it as you would normally, in a position where you have observed the most movement in the wall.

Affix an "arm," hinged up and down to the wall so that it will track perpendicular, close to the outside of a contact paper covered LP record or other disc, so that the movement of the wall/arm is at a 90 degree angle to the movement of the turntable.

Fix a weight and writing instrument to the arm that will easily mark the paper. Set the turntable to the slowest speed or the speed you determine is best.

With the proper parameters set, the output should be similar to an old style mechanical frequency graph machine, easy for anyone viewing it to see movement like you have described as it happens.

Have several LP records or other discs covered with white contact/shelf paper on hand.

As an addition, you could fix to the wall within the camera view, anything that will make noise. A simple adjustable pendulum device, like a tilt on a pinball machine, attached to a low voltage electronic buzzer would be a good.

Place a good web-cam with sound pick-up to cover the area. This digital video is easily published. (If you have a composite input or other on a video card, compatible cameras may be used.)

Have enough USB extension wire to move the camera for a continuous shot from the turntable area to outside the door and beyond.

Just keep it ready to turn on when needed.

Make recordings until you are satisfied it shows what you know is happening.

Your dvd/cd, if still good and clean should start working again after you first delete all the software that came with it.

Then turn off and disconnect the power cord from the computer. Remove the power and mother board connectors from the dvd/cd only, then reboot at least once and/or use the computer as usual.

Then turn off and disconnect the power cord again, reconnect the power and motherboard connections to the dvd/cd and reboot. XP should connect automatically to the dvd/cd, or if prompted to, reinstall the original software cd.

Several of my stalkers, whom I have taken to engage in conversation lately, openly acknowledge their familiarity with the term, which was unknown to me until a poster here used it in a very informative post about how the GPS tracking system leaves an electronic trail that can be "turned around" on the "swarmers."  This is apparently one of the key phrases in the stalker lexicon, right up there with "swarming (or mobbing, if in a store) the target" and "gaslighting".

I don't have enough information on the Bilderberg group as I have only watched the Obama Deception and done a bit of online research.  I don't understand how these rich and powerful few could be victims of a police state they themselves are creating.  I am not sure who you are referring to as the victim here.  I am an advocate for the exposure of this horror.  Which is why I am appealing my FOIA request to the DOJ.  It is beyond the FBI at this point and I want to know what the government in general is hiding.  This includes all agencies who are potentially involved.  I would not have gone this far if I had no interest in exposing such a civil rights epidemic.

Did it ever occur to you that these "rich and powerful" leaders of politics and industry" do not fully realize that they have been co-opted and deceived by a counter-force of ultra- right-wing neo-fascists who have convinced them of external threats that have been exaggerated -- or even created -- by the totalitarian proponents of "the security state"?

Much of the groundwork for what happened during the Bush administration was laid during the CLINTON administration.  Hillary Clinton, in particular, is not naive.   She warned of the dangers of the "vast ring-wing conspiracy" -- a belief that she reiterated, albeit using softer language, in her autobiography.

So why did Bill Clinton allow the Dr. Strangeloves in the military, security and intel communities to lay the foundation for the abuses of the Bush administration?  Because he was seduced by power -- and because his personal behavior allowed him to be subject to a subtle form of political blackmail.  So he bought "the program" -- literally -- and sold out the American public on matters of civil liberties.

As I recall, Bill Clinton remarked that he hoped to learn two things as President:  Has the government covered up the confirmation of UFOs; and, who really killed JFK.

Perhaps his curiosity was tempered by realpolitik.  Or perhaps the isolation of "the bubble," coupled with his awareness that his political enemies could blackmail him at any time, led him to become a compliant coward rather than an effective defender of personal liberty.

I still have faith that the leadership skills of Barack Obama can do what Clinton could not do -- rein in the despots, while at the same time co-opting their political power base, ensuring that they dare not continue to subvert the Constitution and the people's will.

While I am still being attacked with radiation weaponry,  and my privacy and civil rights continue to be invaded, I have seen first-hand the power of hope and change in my daily life.  And I believe that restored hope will encourage the good people on the inside to finally act on their convictions and to no longer tolerate the egregious wrongs that their refusal to speak up has helped to enable.

But naivete runs deep.  Too many politicians, especially the liberals, refuse to believe that the same technology that uses microwave radiation to "triangulate" and locate any location on Earth could be weaponized by government Dr. Strangleloves to silently disrupt human nervous systems, or physically impair or even kill any human being on Earth -- perhaps by way of cell phone towers as well as satellites.

Hand-held microwave "directed energy" weaponry are real and in use -- but perhaps what's leaked out about "DEW" is just part of a cover story for a greater threat to humanity -- "directed energy" weapons that use telecommunications systems as their delivery mode -- no nearby operators or "triggermen" required.

You are right.  It's not really a matter of "right" or "left."  It's a question of upholding the U.S. Constitution or betraying it.  Clinton may have been an enabler of these "programs of personal destruction,"  but the Bush-Cheney crowd went much further and became betrayers of the Constitution.  A far-left president could do equal damage, I am sure, but we're unlikely to ever see one, since the political climate here gravitates toward the center, and thank the Lord that it does.

By the way, this is the second time I'm writing this response, since my first effort vanished into the ether, probably after a sadistic fusion center operative noticed that I failed to copy the post before hitting the button.

...USING TELECOMMUNICATIONS TO HARASS AND CENSOR?


Can't seem to access, or post to, certain web sites -- especially, political sites?

Do cookie "blocks" show up in your "preferences" list, even though you didn't request a block, thus preventing you from access?

Are the functions of your computer "hijacked" by third-party remote computing software?  Are you blocked from making posts to certain web sites -- seemingly based on the content of your post, receiving messages like "you must be logged on to leave a comment" when the screen shows you've already logged on?

When you post, do typos, spelling errors and other anomalies appear in your comments -- even though you carefully proofread the submission?

You could be the unwitting victim of government "fusion centers" that apparently are using internet "filtering" and real-time remote computing surveillance to censor and maliciously tamper with the telecommunications of  American citizens.

Please see this running account of an apparently "targeted" journalist and his quest to exercise his First Amendment right of free speech, and his Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures of telecommunications.

Then demand that American Civil Liberties Union renew its fight against warrantless government spying by filing a class-action suit against unconstitutional interference with personal and business telecommunications.

Recently, while reading the ACLU blog,  this reporter learned of the Bush-Cheney "doctrine" of "ideological exclusion" -- apparently used to bar political "activists" from abroad from visiting  the United States.

Could authoritarian bureaucrats be using this doctrine as a justification to censor political speech in this country?

MORE APPARENT CENSORSHIP OF POLITICAL BLOG POSTS TO 'THE FIX' -- APPARENTLY NOT BY WA-PO

Both of my submissions this morning have elicited the "held for blog owner" message, although The Washington Post does not "hold" posts unless foul language is detected.

Regular readers here may know that I have written extensively about the Bush-Cheney era "extrajudicial punishment network" and its local control apparatus, nationwide squads of "community gang stalkers" who appear to be fronted by federally-funded community policing and public safety oriented volunteer organizations.

It appears that certain agencies of government are using the regional Department of Homeland Security- administered surveillance "fusion center" in my area (Bucks County, PA) to silence me. This, I believe, is a gross violation of of constitutionally-guaranteed rights.

The American Civil Liberties Union has provided me with a means to catalog these affronts to my constitutional rights. I am publishing the apparently censored posts at the following link (assuming my censors do not interfere with that posting as well):

Oh, lordy, this is some GREAT fiction you're spewing out, Vic- meeting your congressman, chatting with your perps about the tools of their trade, detailing the contents of secret memos that have never been released....

So every journalist in the world must have one of those small tape recorders they use when they interview people, not having one would be silly, nobody can remember every word of the answers an interviewee would give you....  how come you didn't have one in your pocket when you got your perps to admit what they were doing?

Seems to me that would be just the thing to do if one's life were being ruined by them and they wanted to stop it. Nice evidence- unless one wants to keep the fantasy going... 

A pattern?  1) "batvette" posts a thoughful, insightful response.  2)  "vic" follows with lengthy posts (ridiculous ones, usually) - in this case, two of them, I believe. 

Some who visit this site will only see/read "vic's" ludicrous comments and perhaps won't see "batvette's."

No one is censoring you, "vic", in spite of all your protests.  If you really wanted this exposed you would be posting thoughful, concise, logical comments that might result in a positive outcome.  I'm just guessing that your congressman has "written you off" now, based on what I've seen and heard.

And, why don't you carry a small recorder?  There are ballpoint pens that are recorders.

It is likely that agents of government moved swiftly to slander me to my congressman.

It is also likely that he is an intelligent man and can smell smoke when there's a fire burning.

I especially liked batvette's "insightful" post about how his walls are moving in and out.

When I taught a college class, I felt fairly certain that a couple of my "students" were undercover agents, part of my "targeting" and a frame-up that I believe still continues...

Considering I gave a detailed account of my efforts to mitigate and record it, I think insightful would be a good description- and shows I'm taking this more seriously than "there are perps and DEW secreted in my attic but must be well hidden so I won't go looking up there and will allow the attacks to continue".

I've got a photobucket album I already linked one photo of showing the measures I took to secure the door on that wall in question (and to show anyone it's ridiculous to imply you can't keep people- even locksmiths- out of your home at night while you sleep-half a dozen locksmiths aren't getting through my front door in less than 1/2 an hour and a lot of noise))

Here's another pattern: Vic raised a point. I addressed it in a direct manner with a believable answer that doesn't insult anyone's intelligence, and offer to back it up with photographic evidence (and if I have to will find one of the better recordings and see if I can get an edit ouf it that looks substantial) You're also revealing a side of you that betrays any illusion about you really being targeted yourself by being so quick to ridicule my description of those disturbances. Most people in our shoes have a fairly open mind about the unusual, we've experienced things we would never have believed a few years ago.  

Your reply about the congressman was typical lameness. It really does seem like you have no interest at all in seeing this end, instead content on turning this into a high profile circus revolving around yourself.

What "frame-up"? You said you were targeted because one of your investigative journalism pieces pissed off some powerful people.

As any real victim of extrajudicial targeting knows, being slandered is part of the harassment protocol.   You are such a ringer...  you're starting to convince me that you're not "official" because frankly, I don't think they'd have you...
