My quandary this morning was deciding which story warranted a comment.
On the right, Senator-elect Al Franken. Eight months after Minnesotans voted to send the humorist to Washington his opponent has finally conceded.
Norm Coleman and the GOP spent millions depriving Americans of representation for the better part of a year.
On the left, Gov. Mark Sanford of South Carolina. He now says his cutie-pie Argentine mistress is his soulmate.
He also now admits putting his... errrhhhh-- fingers in a few other cookie jars during his 20 year marriage. Sanford says he's trying to fall back in love with his wife.
Our conservative friends were screaming when another politician told America "I did not have sex with that woman." We know what they did do.
So, what do Norm Coleman and Mark Sanford have in common besides allegiance to an unpopular party?
They Can't!
Citizen Coleman can't deprive the people of Minnesota of elected representation and Gov. Sanford can't keep his zipper up.
