AFTER WATCHING THIS, I BELIEVE THAT HIS CREW SHOULD BE A HAPPY TIGHT BUNCH UNDER HIS LEADERSHIP.  I UNDERSTAND HIS NAVY DUTIES AS A OFFICER, BUT PART OF HIS DUTIES ARE ALSO TO HAVE A HAPPY SHIP - THAT WORKS TOGETHER WITH PRIDE.

people need to lighten up. the military has a tough job to do, god bless the u.s. armed forces !

i highly agree with everyone here, they were just tryin to have fun beieng over seas, the media is just making it look bad when its rellay not.

I'm a pretty conservative person and wouldn't normally approve that kind of behavior. I have been raised in the military and married a military man. I still think it's tacky and raunchy but I do understand that it is hard to be out to sea or on deployment for long periods of time. I rank this up there with fraternity type of humor and although I might not agree I don't think Capt. Honors should be relieved of duty. Lets stop acting like the average person wouldn't find some of that humorous. Let's get back on track and do more to show our military that we are there for them and their families. I think the current government and their policies are more raunchy and out of control than Capt. Honors!    

Political correctness and the media are going to be the death of this great country.  Go do a 2 year deployment consisting of 3 six month cruises, than you can judge this great officer!  It's a shame they have destroyed his carrer.

It's really unbliebable that the liberal media has a problem with free speech! I guess it's only a problem when it is not their opinion or agenda. It's quite evident that the individuals that have the largest problem with this have never been deployed or been to war. It's no different that homicide detectives joking at a homicide scene. Not funny but a way of dealing with a difficult situation. It's going to be a very sad day when we come up against a formatable opponent and we have no one to defend our nation but a bunch of politically correct pansi asses! I guessing we'll just take a time out.

Based on what I am reading and hearing, sounds like his higher-ups were aware of these videos for some time and did not do anything about it.  He even received promotions while doing this.  Now, all of the sudden the media gets ahold of this and they feel like they need to respond to satisfy the masses.  They would have been better off to drop it and let it be.

This was not made to show the public in hopes of getting their PC Liberal approval, it was a private joke among a few people - jeez!  Butt out!  As long as these people are doing their job, let them have some fun - they're not hurting anybody!  I'm so sick of these self-appointed Liberals sitting around pointing fingers and telling everyone who is DOING their job that they should feel guilty about something, while at the same time kissing the asses of terrorists and murderers.  Recently someone told me they were liberal because they believed in being nice to people - tell that to the victims of the repeat offenders you let out on the street or the victims of terrorist attacks!  How about being nice and fair to regular normal people who are just doing their jobs, living their lives not bothering anybody else and obeying the laws?

So would you rather fight and die for Capt. Honors, or for Captain Bly?  Captain Bly got sailors to obey orders or "face the mast". I bet Capt. Honors had sailors do what they needed to get done without having to issue orders - they did their missions because they were trained what to do and their morale was high even in the remote corners of the Earth. Jesus Christ help us!, the liberals want the world to be perfect, next year the USS Enterprise will be given rubber bullets so they can't hurt anyone.

Obama and Barney Frank are closer than you would think. I'm Just waiting for the scandal to come out .  He's the worst President we've had in the last 100 years. He should get impeached for all the stupidity he's pulling, just weeks before this ship is deployed is beyond incompetent. This is just humor done YEARS ago under the previous President. Obama During this time Obama was seriously endorsing infanticide in the Senate. Of course that is an improvement from his youth, when he renounced his citizenship and joined the Jihad in Indonesia to kill infidels, which should disqualify him being able to be President? No mistake, this is Obama, he repealed the "Don't Ask Don't Tell" policy, now he is going retroactively and enforcing it, although that is illegal technically. Can anybody spell IMPEACHMENT yet? I guess you actually have to be a U.S. citizen to be impeached don't you? It's never too late to go back and throw him out, as this precedent shows.

While this guy used profanities..and maybe he was tad insultive, it was all in humour, people  should lighten up.You guys pay to see this kinda stuff by comedians don't you?..So why when these people do it, does it becomes a problem? People should try to remember that these are normal people just like us, and guess what they enjoy the same crap that everyone else also likes! Too besides if you have ever been on a ship at sea for months i am sure that you would welcome this video, it brings a break to the rigid regular cycle!People should grow up, and that man DID NOT DESERVE TO BE REMOVED!
