"Car 87" Political Psychiatry Raised by Mayoral Candidate for the First Time in a Vancouver Election by jr

All Candidates Meeting for Vancouver's Election on Saturday. Golok Buday, pictured standing with the black cap, raised -- for the first time in a Vancouver election -- the fact that the Ministry of Health funded "Car 87" was being used for political repression. Buday told the audience, “Car 87 forces it’s drugs on you and forces you to go places based on arbitrary political reasons. And I think that should be acknowledged.”
