Car crash in downtown Vancouver

A blue Toyota Yaris was involved in a crash Wednesday lunchtime at the junction of Seymour and Dunsmuir streets in downtown Vancouver.
This junction has often been the scene of car accidents. As I passed by, police were on scene speaking to witnesses.
Does anyone know what happened here?
