Car crashes against building in Paris

A car just veered off the boulevard périphérique on the outskirts of Paris and crashed into an apartment building. The car's bumper fell off, someone leaned out a window to shout something to the driver, and three people gathered to discuss the crash. It was newsworthy for everyone involved.
