The mild-mannered, house building, peanut farming, ex-President of the United States has gone and done it - if anyone in the MSM would cover news fairly.
Former President Jimmy Carter referred to Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama as “this black boy” during PBS’ coverage of the Democratic National Convention on Monday, and no one batted an eye.
Though Carter may not have had racist intentions in making the remark, which occurred during a PBS interview, it's unlikely a conservative would be forgiven for this kind of gaffe.

The one sided look at the race card is a facinating thing.

We may be able to find out soon - after McCain picks Condi as his VP.
For the record I believe this will happen. What better way to split or confound the Black vote while scooping up all those discontented Hillary supporters?

In concept I think Condoleeza Rice would work in the way you suggest, but I personally think she lacks the "charisma" needed for the ticket to win.

ARe you insinuating that being seen as cuddly as a barb wire teddy bear would work agin her? Frankly, I stick by my thoughts on this - she is the logical choice to waylay the Democrat's aspirations.
