Orlando, Florida - Why does the media, Nancy Grace (NG) in particular, continue to re-hash the same old stuff, that Casey Anthony didn't report her child missing, and that she (Casey) was partying all the time her daughter, Caylee was "missing or she knew she was dead?" The defense has admitted that the child was "not missing" she drowned in the backyard pool, and although the partying was inappropriate, her daughter was not missing.
Why do the media keep mentioning all these facts that have already been addressed?

Because it keeps the story ALIVE and gets the viewers, and that's the bottom line, make it as appealing as possible and bring in the viewers to hear her (NG) give her point of view, which is not held by all media since the revelations of the opening statements on Tuesday.The prosecution is parading crown witnesses to the stand to confirm that Casey was partying and not looking for her daughter or acting like she was not upset in any way. And many are still beating the drum about the duck tape that was allegedly found on the dead girls mouth, and yet that will indeed come out later in the trial.

The prosecution has even indicated they will bring out meteorologists to counter the defenses claim/position that Caylee went swimming on June 16/2008, and try to prove that in was storming all day and no-one would want to go swimming. One point I have not heard anywhere, did Caylee Anthony know how to swim?

It should make for a very interesting trial, and what was George Anthony the grandfather doing in the delivery room of his granddaughter Caylee when she was born, isn't that the place for the father of the child?

There are just so many unanswered questions, and yet the prosecution continues to ask questions that have already been answered.
The trial continues in Orlando tomorrow and is being broadcast LIVE on TruTV, and if you don't get TruTV highlights are being broadcast on HLN both CNN stations.
