Casey Anthony was released from a Florida jail early Sunday, July 17, 2011.

Anthony was recently acquitted of several charges stemming from the death of daughter Caylee Anthony.

Much of the country was outraged by the Casey Anthony verdict and more than a few people voiced their displeasure as Casey Anthony was being released.

Approximately 300 people waited to watch Casey Anthony walk free just after midnight on July 17, many booing and chanting Caylee's name.

Anthony quickly slipped into the back of a car and left the scene with her lawyer at her side.
