The Casey Anthony Trial Began May 24 2011

After 11 days of jury selection, the trial of Casey Anthony, who is charged with first-degree murder in her daughter's death, Caylee Anthony, began Tuesday morning.

If Casey Anthony is convicted she could be sentenced to death.

She is also charged with aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child and providing false information to law enforcement.

Casey Anthony has always maintained that she is innocent, and that a babysitter kidnapped and killed Caylee.

There are no witnesses to the crime, but there will be a number of experts called during the trial and it is expected that evidence will rely heavily on forensics.

Even with the defense opening statements Casey doesn't stand a snow balls chance in hell proving her innocence. 30 days, 30 days and Casey enjoyed life after she knowingly killed Caylee. Lie after lie, that even her mom and dad could not absorb as being true. The justice scale tipped over and can't recover because of the overwhelming evidence against Casey Marie Anthony. Tot mom is a cold "COLD BLOOD KILLER"! Casey Marie Anthony deprived an innocent young girl, her daughter Cyalee Marie Anthony of growing up and enjoying life as Casey is doing now. The only thing left for Casey is to admit she killed Caylee and leave her future at the mercy of the jury. TELL THE TRUTH YOU LIAR! 30 days, Casey's mom reporting Caylee missing, smell in the trunk of the car, duct tape, shovel, lies, dead body in the woods, Casey's mom wanting her arrested, etc., etc., etc., etc., = GUILTY! Justice is not blind and will prevail in this case, trust me.

Jose Baez is dumber than I thought. Stupid does stupid is how can he Jose Baez say that Caylee drowned when George Anthony is a retired Police Officer and Casey when Caylee supposedly drowned all they had to do was call the Police a report would have been conducted, news media would have covered the case and Casey Marie Anthony would be a free woman. It's that simple this guy Baez is a nut case and a dumb esq. Who does he think he's convincing and kidding. This is sad, sad, and full of lies, after lies after lies by the defense. They waited to long and just to try and confuse the world but the bottom line is Casey Marie Anthony killed Caylee Marie Anthony well when did they dispose or who disposed of the body.

Good luck Mr. Baez you laid the golden egg with the swimming pool. Mr. Baez is desperate and will revert to any dirty tactics to save Casey Marie Anthony. But guess what, Casey Marie Anthony is going to burn in hell from killing Caylee Marie Anthony. If the pool incident really happened then why didn't both of them report it?????? Like George Anthony said, they wouldn't be in court today. Let Casey Marie go to jail and throw away the key. Why should she live when poor little Caylee is dead and buried.
